A quick announcement.
My original intention was to publish a podcast once a week. However, the demand and popularity are telling me that twice a week is better. The interview your guide series is proving to be so popular, I have lots of podcasts recorded and I don’t want you to miss out on the juicy topics that are coming up in other areas of the podcast.
So, for the time being Wednesdays will be conversations on topics to support us in living differently in the world and Fridays will be specifically for the interview your guides series.
If there are any topics you want me to explore, let me know and I I’ll do my best to find the best guest to fit!
Today’s podcast is all centred on the topic of working with your own rhythms and cycles rather than those imposed upon us from society and conditioning.
Lucy Pearce is a prolific writer and her latest book Full Circle Health is a genius piece of work on integrated health charting for women. Any of you familiar with bullet journalling will love this. Think bullet journal for your Soul and you have the essence of this book.
We dive deep into:
- the relationship between suppressed creativity and depression/anxiety
- how Lucy used her creativity to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and how she wrote the book she needed to read herself
- how Lucy developed a system to help you map the unique preferences of your cycle, your energy flow, and how to learn what is truly impacting your health
- Lucy’s own journey with understanding her relationship with her sensitivities and how she made that an empowering experience
