Some experiences change you so deeply, you know you’ll still be finding words for them years later.
Staying loyal to the way I work — sharing what’s real, not as inspiration but as part of what we’re here to do: to learn, to tell the truth, and to open the door to the collective healing that happens when we do — I want to tell you a little of what’s been unfolding for me. It’s a longer story than I usually tell here, but I trust you’ll know if it’s meant for you.
If you feel drawn in, it might be exactly the right message for you too.
The last few weeks have been wild.
It started while I was being held in sacred space another person being an anchor while I worked internally with my own methods and Gary Craig’s OEFT — when Source said,
“I can take the guilt out.”
The guilt I’d carried since I was a kid.
The guilt of not being able to protect my mum from the violence in our house.
I didn’t really believe it could happen.
But I’ve learned how to surrender without expectation.
So I said yes. The rest of that day I spent recalibrating to the internal felt sense of feeling guilt free.
Then in another supported space, I was working internally on some deep hurt.
I was back in a memory aged 4-5 — sitting on a wall, singing to myself, trying not to think about everything going on inside my home.
That wall was my best friend back then.
And while I was sitting there in that memory, Source said,
“I can take all of this away — like it never happened.”
They meant the whole thing.
The whole childhood.
And when I say that, I don’t mean a few difficult years. I mean extreme trauma — the kind that shapes your entire sense of reality. I know some of you here had v similar experiences.
I’ve spent decades walking and working my way through it, piece by piece.
And I’ve crossed a lot of thresholds before.
But this was different.
Not another layer peeling back —
something deeper rewiring itself.
I didn’t know if I could believe it.
But I said yes. Again. Surrendering without attachment to the outcome.
And that’s when it happened.
I heard the soul of my dad.
Not the man who raised me, not the cruel wounded version I knew —
the real soul.
The father he wanted to be.
It shook me.
It felt like the past had changed because my internal felt sense of self was so radically different.
Some people might call it a timeline shift.
All I know is, healing doesn’t have to follow time.
The past isn’t fixed.
At first, I was scared to let it happen.
It felt like betraying the girl who was strong enough to live through it.
But it wasn’t betrayal.
It was something else.
Being seen.
Being cherished.
Feeling — for the first time I can remember — almost priceless.
And if you’ve lived through violence, sexual abuse, deep neglect as a kid, you know what that means.
You know how deep low self-worth can run.
How hard it is to imagine anything else.
For me, it’s been a personal miracle.
Not because the past was erased.
But because something deeper woke up inside me.
I’m no stranger to threshold moments — those points where you know you’ve crossed into a new way of being.
The first time it happened to me, at 19, I stumbled around in the dark for years.
I didn’t have a map.
It was disorienting, confusing, overwhelming.
This time, it’s different.
I’m calmer.
I understand now that when your inner reality changes, it takes a little while for the outer world to catch up.
And I’m better — not perfect — at trusting that process.
I think it’s because I’ve built a deeper faith over the years
Faith that life is “good” at its core.
Faith that compassion is the language the universe speaks.
Faith that there’s a Source that knows my name, sees me through eyes of awe, and waits for me to catch up to that view — not to earn it, just to meet it.
And I’ll tell you this for nothing. I am celebrating the HELL out of this new state! And whats truly priceless to me is that its all been an internal shift, nothing had to happen differently in my outside world for me to start feeling cherished in this way.
That, in itself, is making me believe, think and act differently.
And so for you;
If you’re standing at your own doorway of change — whether it’s a big one or a quiet one — and you’d like support, I have a spaces open for single channeled sessions this month.
These sessions are a mix of spiritual guidance and deep healing, in whatever way your soul most needs.
A single session isn’t going to carry you through a total transformation — that usually happens with longer-term work — but a lot can happen in just one meeting.
Sometimes it only takes one shift to change everything.
And if you already feel that you’re ready for a deeper journey, I have space to take on one more long-term client.
I don’t have a fancy sales page right now, but if you’re curious, we can have a free, no-pressure chat about it.
And I really do mean no pressure.
I only want to work with people who feel like a full-bodied yes — because honestly, what’s the point of anything else for either of us. Just email me at cara@carawilde and I’ll send out the call details.
Much love,
Cara
May we keep weaving truth, healing, and life together.
