From Struggle to Awe: Gratitude as the Gateway to Miracles

Sometimes I channel The Ancients first thing in the morning by type talking with them. When I type whilst blended with them, reality opens up for me and I see, sense and experience the essence of what they are teaching. I feel it’s truth. Then I tend to experience changes in my life after the channelings. These I share in my newsletter with people who subscribe.

I’m not sure who much of that energy is available to you as a reader but the following is an example of one morning. I’ve shared this with some friends and it seemed to touch them deeply. So, even though sharing my own channeled messages can feel either too vulnerable or a little self-indulgent, I’m hoping it will support your own spiritual journey.

In love,
Cara

The A’s: There is a reality from which you all came from and which you can all return to, at anytime, where all of your needs are met. Where you know, that what you ask for, is what you can receive and that how you ask is key to understanding how you create. How you meet your own needs and then the needs of others.

You don’t need to know what your needs are, you already know and you already know when you are lacking in a need because of how you feel. Your confusion arises because you don’t remember, not have forgotten, but don’t remember that you are allowed to feel good all of the time.

You are allowed to feel good all of the time, because this is your natural state. this is who you are and how you were designed to be.

You are magnificent, in it’s truest sense. You are awe and wonder in motion, the more you you operate from this natural state, the more it will start to be reflected in your everyday reality. Reality is a mirror, a refection of all that you believe, desire, repress, allow, feel and choose. Your world is all of you reflected back to you so that you can experience awe and wonder at your own creation.

Cara: Isn’t that quite grandiose and narcissistic?

The A’s: Your negative ego, or your fear of seperation would tell you so, yes. But your creativity, your creative self in motion, would laugh at the idea of seeing anything other than awe and wonder, because to be outside of this state, is to be outside of the internal connection with unconditional love and the source of everything .

Cara: So, are you saying that in order to consciously create miracles in my life, I need to be in a constant state of awe and wonder?

The A’s: we would recommend it. Yes.

Cara: How do I do that, when there is so much in the world and my own personal life that I don’t like, not even like, never mind celebrate with awe and wonder.

The A’s:Well, do you want change?

Cara: Yes

The A’s: Are you willing to change? to be different?

Cara :in what way?

The A’s: Are you willing to be, to BE beauty, grace, presence, love, acceptance and wonder and awe. To be gratitude, patience, emotional, in touch with how you really feel and what you really see, and then be willing to do something about that and shift it back to grace?

Cara: Yes, when you say it like that, it’s how I’d like to live my life, but I am seeing now that I actually I’m seeing that as a linear journey. I’m trying to get to that place, rather than seeing that the place is always there.

It’s a place I have to get to, rather than a place I already can be, now.

Okay, so how do I start?

The A”s: With gratitude. We know. I’ts a little bit old hat, boring some might say, not a sexy technique that you can apply, but something that’s been said for eons. And there is a very good reason why it’s been said for eons’. It works.

Gratitude is the basis of the universal force of love and creation. Gratitude propels life in a forward motion. if Source had not included the quality of gratitude in the creation of your physical reality, then there would be no growth, only stagnation. Gratifude is a celebration of life force itself, of growth.

Gratitude propels love in a forward motion, gratitude creates the forces of speed, motion and somewhat linear time. or rather it supports creativity in a linear timeframe. But all of your creations are now, they just appear linear as you step into them because you believe that there is movement, rather than shifting space. You see, when you create, you shift what you see in the space in front of you.

Just as your imagination creates images, forms and spacial features. This is what creates form in your physical reality too. Now if you truly believe that what is in your imagination is not real, and is only your imagination, that belief is enough to stop you from creating more of the exact form of your imagination (thank goodness in some terms). Instead you will create something that matches the emotions that your imagination evokes from you, that also fit with your desires, beliefs, attitudes and expectations.

The less gratitude you feel about life in general, the more stagnant your life will become. We cannot stress this enough, gratitude is the highest order of forward momentum in your physical reality. Gratitude grows all it is connected with, when you combine that with a strong belief in the linear focus of your physical reality, gratitude allows more to come in, the greater the gratitude, the faster the rush of “stuff” people, events and opportunistic circumstances you will allow into your life.

Gratitude as a state, is composed of many things that allow a steady manifestation of pleasure, either internally or externally via events and circumstances.

First, gratitude has safety.

Have you ever noticed that it’s almost impossible to feel fearful and grateful at the same time? There can be an over lap at times, it’s true. Perhaps you feel much fear and then are able to focus on a little gratitude. The more gratitude you are able to feel, the more the fear dissipates. This is because, the more you feel grateful, the safer you feel because in order to feel grateful, you HAVE to feel connected to something or someone that is more than you in the moment.

You can feel grateful to nature and life in general, which instantaneously puts you in connection with the idea that there is something bigger than yourself, or even life and nature itself which is responsible for the aspect of life or nature that you feel gratitude about. If it’s a person you feel grateful towards, then you are saying, in that moment, they are more than you. Just in that moment.

This is why some people struggle with feeling gratitude sometimes, because they are, in that moment, admitting that there is something or someone that is more than them, and some people find this very threatening. They are insecure about who they are, or rather only secure when they are able to feel more than others, perhaps through helping or taking care of another, it gives them a false sense of power. And so to feel true gratitude themselves, they would have to give up this illusion of power.

This is a mistake however, because admitting that someone else or something else is more than you in that moment, allows you to be held by something more than you in that moment also. And so, in that moment, you have no choice other than to be aware of that, which then allows you to feel in connection with something more than you, which bangs smack into a primal memory, a primal knowing, of being part of the creative god force, and without conscious knowing of that you instantly feel safer.

You don’t need the conscious reminder that you are connected to a creative god force, the simple act of feeling held by, or in connection with something more than you in that moment, brings an internal sense of safety, if you will allow it. That is one of the gifts of gratitude.

Safety. Security. are one of the many miracles of the gift of gratitude.

The A’s: Allow the power of the mind, to guide and allow spontaneous gratitude and synchronicities to arise. Be pleased with what you have achieved when you spontaneously allow inspiration and joy to be your guide in even a small way in your day to day experience, rather than shame and frown on yourself when you believe you have not worked hard enough and stayed the course of doing something that you don’t want to do. Pure Joy never lets you down. The disappointment of addictive pleasure is avoidance of that Joy.

It’s not that you fear hard work, or even don’t want to work hard, as an individual or as a race. It’s that you fear true Joy and addictive pleasure is the theif of true Joy, creative and celebratory Joy. You sneak off to have addictive pleasure, Netflix binge, a glass of wine, then another, the chocolate bar hiding in the fridge, the monetary bet, the cigarette or the scrolling of social media, when you don’t believe in the basic human right of pure Joy.

When instead you fall for the lies of the negative ego, ie the deception of the idea of seperation, the lie that you can ever be separate from the Source who loves you and wants to provide for you. When you believe that lie, you conform to the assumptions, rules and hierarchy that are closest to the concept of Source, of oneness, that you have available, be that friendship groups or your society.

For most of you, friendship groups are not a strong enough sense of security for you to abandon the culture you are immersed in. For many of you, you have replaced the sense of oneness with Source, with a sense of oneness with your society, with an external culture and then conform to the standards of that culture in the hope and vain attempt to replicate, even replace, your connection with Source.

Because how can you connect with something that you believe does not exist (even though it does) and so you give your power away to your culture and then you have to conform.

For most of you in the West, this results in a compulsion to follow the rules, the grey and drab rules of doing work that you don’t like, in a way that doesn’t feel good or learning how to dominate the work culture in order to climb the ladder of success and accolade, to achieve what your society has deemed actualisation even, or certainly high achievements. Or finally, to give up and do work you like for a pitence of success, carrying the burdens of cultural shame upon your back. In all those three ways you have abandoned your connection to oneness though a lack of belief in the power of joy, and either sought to achieve that oneness by being counter-cultural or culturally dominant. Either way, both of these are an attempt at oneness.

because you cannot become who you really are not.

you are oneness.

and so you can never not be oneness.

C: (own notes) this completely changed to trajectory of my decision making for the day and therefore the actual day and the result was an allowing of much more Joy and celebration. Over the coming month my experience of life shifted substantially, creating more space for spontaneous laughter, more work opportunities, playfulness and creativity.
